Making Sure Toddlers Don't Represent Themselves In Immigration Court

The strife in Central America led to an alarming increase in the number of unaccompanied minors crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in recent years. The interview that follows features Jennifer Podkul, director of policy for KIND — Kids in Need of Defense. Podkul and Newsy's "The Why" host Chance Seales talk about the heartbreaking challenges of representing some of the most vulnerable members of our immigration system.
