Hawaii residents who have been fully vaccinated will soon be able to travel between islands without being subject to quarantine and testing rules.

Hawaii is now the second state to implement a vaccine verification program, which is also known as vaccine passports.

The state's governor said people will be allowed to use either paper or digital copies of their vaccine records.
