The calf weighed only 29 pounds when she was born Jan. 24.

Remember the cute preemie hippo that was born in late January? Well, whether you do or don't, we have good news: She seems to be doing much better.

Fiona, the lightest hippo calf on record, was born six weeks before her due date. She weighed only 29 pounds.

After her birth, Fiona couldn't stand on her own and needed around-the-clock care. Earlier this month, she gave zoo vets a scare when she suffered from dehydration.

But since then, things have been looking up. She is no longer on an IV and as of Feb. 22 weighed 54 pounds.

The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens recently posted a video of the baby hippo playing in the pool.

We can only hope there are more videos of this little calf in the future.
