After 24 years out of the console industry, Atari might be getting back in the game.

The company, known for developing classic games like "Asteroids," Crystal Castles" and "Space Invaders," recently teased a new website and video for Ataribox.

But then the game company confirmed to VentureBeat it was, in fact, working on a new game console.

Atari's CEO said Ataribox will be based on PC technology and more details regarding the design will be revealed at a later date.
