Despite warnings from the CDC to avoid holiday travel and gatherings in order to curb the spread of COVID, the White House is going ahead with holiday celebrations.

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany defended the decision to hold the events, saying if people can protest nationwide, people should be able to go to holiday parties.
