Al-Qaeda suspect Abu Anas Al-Liby's daring capture late last year outside his family's home in Libya makes for some incredible video.

The Washington Post got a hold of that video, which comes from a closed-circuit camera. You can see Al-Liby's car stop in front of a house when men with what appear to be weapons jump out of a white van.

The rest of the video, which you can see on The Washington Post's website, shows the surprised reactions of other unidentified people coming out of the family's home.

At the time, the Al Qaeda suspect's capture had its critics, who accused the U.S. of "kidnapping" Al-Liby.

The U.S. had at the time said Al-Liby's detention had been lawful.

Al-Liby has been charged with terrorism in connection to two American embassies in Kenya and Tanzania in the 1990s, though he has pleaded not guilty. He's awaiting trial in New York now. (Via CBS)
