Uber is reportedly under investigation for alleged gender discrimination.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission began investigating the company last August, according to The Wall Street Journal.

This wouldn't be the first time Uber has faced discrimination claims. It was sued over alleged racial and gender discrimination last year.

An Uber spokesperson says the company has made a lot of changes over the past 18 months to address gender equality, including "salary and equity structure" and implementing diversity and leadership training for "thousands of employees."

The EEOC said it does not confirm or deny open investigations.
