Poland's justices are being forced into retirement, but they're not going quietly. First President of the Supreme Court of Poland MaĆgorzata Gersdorf is leading the charge to refuse what she says is forced retirement after the Law and Justice Party changed the law to require judges to retire at age 65. The judges are backed by the European Union, where Poland faces significant sanctions.
