North Korea has released the last three known U.S. citizens imprisoned in the country.
President Donald Trump said in a tweet Wednesday that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was on his way back from North Korea with the detainees.
He added that all three "seem to be in good health."
The release came ahead of a planned meeting between North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Trump.
Trump said Wednesday that a date and place for the meeting have been set, but he didn't provide details.
Trump hinted at the release last week in a tweet after news reports that the captives had been released from a labor camp and given medical treatment.
