Having trouble searching in Safari?
There may be something amiss with Safari's search suggestions.
It's causing browsers to crash on iOS and Macs.
This issue is separate from the crashsafari.com site that's been making the rounds.
Until Apple fixes the problem, there's a quick solution.
In settings, switch off Safari suggestions.
Or, in Safari, enable private browsing mode.
