The Crown of Thorns is always displayed at Notre Dame Cathedral on Good Friday so people can pray before it. It's believed Jesus wore the crown during his crucifixion. While Notre Dame is closed, the crown is being displayed at a nearby church. That church is opening its doors to Notre Dame's parishioners and has had its own experience with a destructive fire.
