Democrats in the House have started considering what they'd like to see be included in a fourth coronavirus stimulus package.

Lawmakers reportedly have a number of priorities, including more direct payments to many Americans, increased health and safety regulations for health care providers and free coronavirus medical treatments for everyone.

Reuters reports Democrats are also looking at insurance, including lowering health premiums and opening up a special Affordable Care Act enrollment period to help the uninsured.

Talks about a possible fourth relief bill come after Congress approved a historic $2.2 trillion stimulus package aimed at boosting the economy. President Trump signed it into law Friday.

At least one Republican lawmaker doesn't seem on board with the idea of spending even more. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy told Fox News on Sunday, "We don’t need to be crafting another bill right now."

Because the House is currently in recess, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said members will be working together on a possible fourth measure from their home districts. No votes are expected to happen before lawmakers return to Washington, D.C. in April.
