Global Creatures said the 2001 blockbuster is being developed for the stage.

The details surrounding the musical are sparse.

We don't know where it will take place or when to expect it.

But we do know Alex Timbers will direct, and John Logan will write the book.

We can only hope it will run for 50 years.
