A CDC report says cases of COVID variants have doubled in Florida in the last two weeks.

It shows more than 2,300 variant cases, which is the most in the U.S.

A majority of those in Florida are the same variant first discovered in the U.K. The new data comes as Florida sees a wave of tourists and spring breakers.
