A judge ordered the Trump administration to pay the costs of immigrant family reunification and to notify the ACLU at least 12 hours before each reunion. 

The government recently finished reuniting children under 5 years old with their eligible guardians, but after a court-ordered deadline. 

Department of Health and Human Services report said there are 2,551 immigrant children between 5 and 17 to be reunited with their families. A judge ordered those children to be reunited by July 26.
