Learn About Consent Through Anthropomorphic Genitals

"My bad," a wobbly penis says to a dancing vagina after trying to insert itself without permission.

No, this isn't a scene from a Don't Hug Me .I'm Scared video. This is how you teach sexual consent in 2016.

Nonprofit group Project Consent released videos showing teachable moments through several anthropomorphic body parts, including a buttocks, a breast, a hand, a vagina and (our friend from earlier) an apologetic penis.

The videos are pretty funny (or creepy, depending on your sense of humor) and pretty forward — which is the point.

University of Kansas student Sara Li, founder of Project Consent, told Mic: "We wanted to talk about consent frankly, and we felt like it was unnecessary to use symbolic replacements in these discussions. We didn't want to use metaphors or analogies or dance around the subject, because ultimately, that's counterproductive."

The reception seems mostly positive. Outlets are calling our squishy-looking instructors "cheeky," "adorable" and "goofy."
