MMA Fighter KOs Opponent Then Tries To Catch Him In A Pokéball

July 17, 2016

This is probably the wrong way to play “Pokémon Go.”

Michael “Venom” Page got a big win on Saturday night, knocking out Evangelista "Cyborg" Santos with a flying knee to the face.

But that’s not the part everyone seems to be talking about. It’s Page’s unique celebration that’s making the KO go viral.

After knocking out “Cyborg,” Page grabbed a hat and a Pokéball.

“Pokémon Go” has taken the world by storm since its release July 6. It now has more active daily users than Twitter and more engagement than Facebook.

Page improved to 11-0 in his MMA career after his win over “Cyborg.” He also might’ve earned the award for Worst Place To Play “Pokémon Go.”

Actually, someone else might have him beat.
