The Founding Father Of 'Hamilton' Took His Final Bow After Historic Run

After performing at the White House, winning 11 Tony Awards and bringing hip-hop to Broadway, Lin-Manuel Miranda has taken his final bow as Alexander Hamilton.
Miranda ended his time starring in the record-breaking musical with roaring applause and a well-deserved standing O. He even had two freshly engraved Tony Awards waiting in his dressing room.

And to make things official, Miranda tweeted this picture of his signature long hair resting on the table — with the caption, "Teach 'em how to say goodbye..."

Doing his best to fill Miranda's massive shoes is Javier Muñoz, who will take over as Hamilton as Miranda moves on to several other projects.
