‘The Girl On The Train’ Trailer Looks Suspenseful AF

April 20, 2016

Book clubs around the world fell in love with British author Paula Hawkins’ 2015 thriller that mixed temporary amnesia with sex and murder.

Now the official trailer for the movie adaptation is out, and the film version feels just as dark and unsettling as the book.

Is the reworked version of Kanye's “Heartless” in the background giving us chills?

Maybe it’s that single tear slowly falling from Emily Blunt’s eye as she whispers, “Because I’m afraid of myself.”

Book fans can complain about everything the film got wrong this fall.

“The Girl on the Train” hits U.S. theaters Oct. 7, 2016.
