Charlie Hebdo Releases Defiant Cover In Response To Paris Attacks

November 17, 2015

French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo has released a cover in response to the Paris attacks of Nov. 13. The magazine itself was the target of an ISIS attack in January, and its new cover speaks to the publication's unyielding nature.

The issue, which hits newsstands Wednesday, features a man with Champagne spilling from bulletholes across his body. Loosely translated, the cover reads: “They have weapons. Screw them, we have Champagne!”
