Newsy CEO Blake Sabatinelli named to CableFax 100

This week, CableFax announced honorees for the 2019 Cablefax 100 Issue, which recognizes influential executives who are leading the way forward in innovation within the cable industry. We're honored Newsy CEO Blake Sabatinelli was recognized alongside executives from the likes of Hulu, Comcast, Sling TV and more.

Under Sabatinelli’s leadership, Newsy has significantly grown its pay-TV distribution, making it the fastest growing news network in America right now. Newsy's linear channel is available in nearly 40 million cable homes and the network is a leader in over-the-top programming and distribution. A native Texan, Sabatinelli started his career as a digital producer at ABC Action News in Tampa, and was later promoted to executive producer, managing a team of producers and overseeing editorial operations. He later led the digital strategy and operations at WJLA and News Channel 8 in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Newsy in 2015, Sabatinelli oversaw video strategy at Newsy's parent company, The E.W. Scripps Company.
