A Wheel of Fortune contestant proved you don't really have to know what you're winning to win it.

Contestants David and Keri solved what was probably a pretty hard puzzle involving Venice and then followed it up with this:

"What country do you think we're sending you to?" host Pat Sajak asked. 

"Paris ... France," a contestant said.

Not quite. More like the Venice in Italy.

But before you make fun of him, he and Keri won over $60,000 by the end of the episode. They must know a thing or two we don't.

For now, the best we geography experts can hope for is a trip to Vegas. At least it has those fake gondolas and Wheel of Fortune slot machines.
