Former London Mayor Boris Johnson may have just reinvented the poetry slam at the cost of Turkey's president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Also a current U.K. Parliament member, Johnson snagged the top spot in the Spectator's "offensive poetry competition."
We're not going to repeat the whole poem here — suffice to say Johnson rhymed that Erdogan was sowing his wild oats with a certain cloven-hoofed animal.
