President Obama will meet with the families of victims of Friday’s horrific shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut Sunday evening. Those appearances will not be open to the public.

That shooting left 28 dead, including 20 children as well as the suspected gunman. Officials have released names of the victims.

VIA SKY NEWS: “Among them a six-year-old British born boy Dylan Hockley this photo was taken from the Facebook tribute site set up in his memory. He was born in Hampshire in 2006 to a British father and an American mother and later moved to the US.”

And the Kansas church known for picketing military funerals has been hacked.

The Inquisitr reports, the hacktivist group Anonymous posted personal and professional information about members of the Westboro Baptist Church, after the group expressed intentions of picketing the Sandy Hook victims’ funerals.

To U.S. politics — a first from Republican House Speaker John Boehner — that is — if reports about ongoing negotiations with the president over the so-called fiscal cliff are true. WTHR has it.

VIA WTHR: “A person close to the talks says House Speaker John Boehner has proposed raising taxes for people making more than one million. That same person says President Obama has not accepted the offer... saying the president wants tax hikes for people making more than $250,000.”

In Egypt, ballots are being counted after a vote on a controversial draft constitution. The Associated Press is reporting the country’s Islamists are claiming an early majority. Here’s the BBC.

“That is the prediction from the Muslim Brotherhood. They are saying they reckon from the tallies of the vote counting, about 56% of Egyptians have voted in favour. And the opposition are roughly agreeing with that.”
