This Is Hurricane Patricia's Landfall From Space

This wind map shows Hurricane Patricia making landfall.

And these photos show Hurricane Patricia from space. It's the most powerful hurricane ever measured in the Western Hemisphere.

The Category 5 hurricane has sustained winds of around 200 miles per hour. (Video via Univision)

It's also being compared to Typhoon Haiyan, a Category 5 hurricane that devastated the Philippines in 2013.
