A special grand jury was investigating whether school officials knew about the rape allegation, but failed to report it as required by Ohio law. The state's attorney general announced the indictments. (Via WKRC)

Also charged are both the elementary school principal and wrestling coach for failure to report child abuse. A volunteer football coach was charged with four misdemeanors, including allowing underage drinking.
The case first gained attention last year after some involved posted pictures of the unconscious victim to social media and joked about her rape. Hacker group Anonymous then helped propel the coverage into the national spotlight. (Via ABC)
