Sofia Vergara And Joe Manganiello Are Engaged

Leave it to the holiday season to take one of the most talked about Hollywood romances to the next level. Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello are engaged.

According to sources, the two got engaged Christmas Day while vacationing in Hawaii to celebrate Joe’s 38th birthday, which was Sunday.

Joe was reportedly “very nervous” about proposing because "he wasn't 100 percent sure she would say yes."

But Sofia seemed to be having the time of her life on their getaway — praising Manganiello: "Happy happy bday to my love and best friend to the one that makes me laugh like crazy!”

Sofia Vergara said, “He’s a great guy. He’s very funny and here’s very entertaining which is very important for me.”

When the couple first started dating over the summer, Joe told People, "She's got the curves, she's got a beautiful face, beautiful hair, just gorgeous. Naturally beautiful. She's feisty!"

Joe’s also had a crush on Sofia for quite a while, even when she was engaged to ex-fiance Nick Loeb.

“I knew I had a very small window of opportunity and wasn’t going to let it go and went after her. … She’s phenomenal. She’s the best.”

This will mark Joe’s first marriage. Sofia was married once before and has a 22-year-old son, Manolo.
