So you want to visit the Windy City? Here's how Chicago can blow you away.

Plan your trip around a major Chicago event, like LollapaloozaTaste of Chicago, a Cubs game at Wrigley Field or St. Patrick's Day.

Why St. Patrick's Day, you ask? The river gets dyed Irish green every year.

Splurge on your stay and book at The Langham, ChicagoThe No. 1 hotel in the city is within walking distance to Michigan Ave. and will give you views of the city that'll make you forget about the money you're spending on the room.

A trip to Chicago is nothing without a picture by Cloud Gate — a public art sculpture better known as The Bean.
