The woman who allegedly had an affair with former CIA Director David Petraeus, is suspected of keeping classified documents at her home. Here's Sky News.

 

“The information from the FBI they believe Paula Broadwell, David Petraeus’ mistress, did have and obtained classified documents... They did not believe national security was breached until last week...”

 

Petraeus resigned last week, admitting to his extramarital affair with Broadwell. HLN reports the FBI took several documents from Broadwell’s home Monday night.

 

"The FBI told Broadwell they were interested in taking those documents and looking at that archive. This source believes to see if there was any classified information in there.”

 

ABC News reports the 40-year-old author admitted she took the documents from secure government buildings.

 

“The FBI found classified material on a computer voluntarily handed over by Broadwell earlier in the investigation. Prosecutors will now have to determine how important the classified material is before making a final decision.”

 

Officials are also reportedly reviewing as many as 30,000 documents related to an alleged affair between General John Allen and Tampa socialite Jill Kelley.
