Fifteen years after his death, autopsy results of Christopher Wallace, also known as Notorious B.I.G., have been released — and TMZ has the graphic details.

According to the report, Wallace was subject to four gunshot wounds to his chest, shoulder, leg, forearm and scrotum — but only one of the four shots was considered fatal.

“The fatal bullet was Gunshot #4 ... which entered Wallace's body through his right hip and ripped its way through several vital organs ... before coming to rest in his left shoulder area.”

Wallace was killed in 1997 after a drive by shooting on Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. The report states that fourth gunshot punctured Wallace’s colon, liver, heart and left lung.

The Global Grind explains he was rushed to a Los Angeles hospital where doctors performed an emergency thoracotomy—a procedure to remove a part, or all of a lung.

A toxicology test also revealed Wallace has no traces of drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of his death.

Wallace was pronounced dead at 1:15 AM. He was 24 years old.
