In World News -- Pakistan and India have agreed to work closer on the disputed Kashmir region. The meeting comes just two weeks after explosion’s ripped through India’s Mumbai. Here’s the BBC.

In tech news --- Windows has released the new Mango phone in Japan. It’s the first smart phone running on Window’s Mango operating system. The phone is expected to hit Japanese stores in September. KABC has more on the device.

In sports news -- IOC President Jacques Rogge is officially inviting people to come to London. The 2012 summer games -- now just one year away. The facilities being built there are reportedly on time for completion. Here’s MSNBC.

Finally -- also in sport -- The Pittsburgh Pirates are still upset after a blown call cost them a crucial game. The 19 inning game against the Atlanta Braves went almost seven hours. Umpire Jerry Meals missed the game-decider -- a clear tag at the plate. See for yourself.
