In U.S. news -- America’s AA+ credit rating creates a rough start to the week week on Wall Street.  CNBC gauges the reaction from investors -- including legendary money-man Warren Buffett.

“Buffett says that there is no question that the United States debt is still AAA and he is not changing his mind about treasuries based on S&P's downgrade. In fact, the legendary investor says if anything, it may change my mind on S&P... he says, our currency is not AAA. In recent months, the performance of our government has not been AAA... Buffett argues with a GDP of over $48,000 per person, America should have no problem meeting its debt.”

Still in the U.S. -- a northeast Ohio community still wants answers after a man went on a shooting rampage Sunday -- killing seven people before he was shot dead by officers.  ABC News explains....

REPORTER: "Police were called to Good Enough Road around 11 AM -- for shots fired.  They found multiple people shot, and seven dead before killing the gunman in a shot-out.  A series of events that no one here seemed to connect."
WOMAN: “I don’t know. You’re hearing so many stories from everywhere -- will we ever find the truth? Probably not.  Probably not.”

In world news -- weekend riots in London leaves the city scared.  Al Jazeera reports on the second night of violence on Sunday.

“The police quartered of the area, but by then a number of the buildings had already been vandalized.  They also responded to violence in Enfield in North London.  Squad cars again became the target of mob violence as they had the night before.  Trouble broke out despite strong police presence.  There were a number of minor injuries including three police officers who were hit by a car.”

In sports -- Tiger’s return to golf was overshadowed by his ex-caddie, Steve Williams.  Williams teamed up with Aussie Adam Scott -- to win the Bridgestone Invitational.  MSNBC reports on his way back to the clubhouse, Williams -- the caddie -- grabbed the spotlight with a zinger to his ol’ pal.

WILLIAMS: “I got to tell you, David, I've been a caddie for 33 years and that's the best week of my life and I'm not joking. I'm never ever going to forget this week.”
GEIST: “‘Best win of my life.’ Williams making the not-so-subtle dig at Tiger who fired the caddie after 12 years together Williams didn’t even see it coming.”

Finally in entertainment -- rapper Nicki Minaj gave her audience an eyeful after a wardrobe malfunction while performing on ABC’s Good Morning America.  Showbiz Tonight has the video.

“That's rapper Nicki Minaj. A little wardrobe malfunction. And it happened again and again. This thing went on for more than two minutes. That wouldn't be covered by a seven-second delay. ABC is apologizing. The network said it did take the naughty stuff out of later feeds.”
