Keith Lewis said she was fired for non-attendance at events and not her answer on Gay marriage...Then why did he make an official statement on the Miss California USA website knocking her answer and admitting his views and hers dont get along (Maybe because he is GAY)...Keith Lewis even allowed a Califonia hotel to belittle her views on the Miss California USA website....see link below"

Everyone loves a beauty pageant scandal, especially when it features horrendous public speaking, artificial breasts, nude photos and political advocacy. It's like Donald Trump was planning this all along, but wait, he was. The big question now is who is number two. She looks like Prejean's twin, but I guess her politically mute twin.

I think think the deposed Miss California was run out because of her statement about "GAY MARRIAGE"!. These people will find their place in "HELL" when judgment day comes. I pitty these people because they cannot see what thy are doing. I ask God to have mercy on their soul and before they die they se the wrong of their ways. May God bless them!

genius PR! Though it is a little embarrassing for the pageant to have to fire her because she was hard to work with. The pageant already gets flack from feminist groups and this does more the further stereotypes about women in the work place. Also, I kinda liked her for defending her (idiotic) beliefs even though they weren't popular. But I support gay rights and have to admit a moment of schadenfreude when i saw the thumbnail of her crying...

There are probably myriad factors involved but the dominating one is her political viewpoint, which is what made this a story in the first place. It's shameful the way people have attacked her, rather than attacking her legitimate opinion. Possibly a sad day for freedom of speech.

I commend the former Ms. California for not being afraid to express her beliefs regarding marriage. I also think it's quite ironic that the people bash her for using her constitutional right of freedom of speech yet they want equal rights in marriage. You can't have your cake and eat it too folks...
