While our soldiers fight abroad, a domestic threat nearly ruined the lives of 14 United States servicemen - giving a whole new meaning to words "Homeland Security.”
They call her the "military mistress."
Here’s ABC - whose 20/20 program brought her to the spotlight.

"Bobbi Ann Finley is accused by a number of men that will shock you of basically moving around this country and preying on them, marrying them, and then stealing their money and leaving them basically helpless. We always worry about the troops and we think about what might happen to them abroad, but this is a situation where the military was unable to protect its own from a threat here at home."

Having been married 14 times and with nine children by as many men, Finley would tell new victims she had been raped and refused to have an abortion -- convincing him to raise the child with her.
And reports say-- once she had their cash - she hit the road.

"I wrote bad checks. I…ugh. A lot of these guys would go get credit cards in their name and then say, ‘Here, honey.’'"

Finley’s reportedly taken on 30 different aliases and 9 different social security numbers.

She also claims to being the daughter of decorated U.S. general Anthony Zinni and a heiress to the Wrangler Jeans Fortune.

WXIN spoke with one alleged victim - Shane Cheeseman -- and here’s his story.

REPORTER, WXIN: "At the time, Shane was stationed in Texas in the U.S. Army. Bobbi Anne was everything this country boy wanted-except one thing. She needed to get married by a certain time frame to inherit a whole bunch of money. So in October of 1998, the two married and that is when everything changed.”

CHEESEMAN: “I got married on a Monday and that following weekend, that was it. She was gone."

Finley was arrested in 2010 for skipping out on a pricey $240 meal -- and police later found other fugitive warrants out for her arrest.
Officials haven’t released any plans for extradition to other states wanting a piece of her -- but she could face charges of “theft by deception” for her alleged cons.
