The spotlight’s shining on Miley Cyrus, not for her singing, but for her smoking. At her 19th Birthday bash, Cyrus’ Disney image took a hit once again.
Cyrus has gone up in smoke before. Just last year she was caught on camera allegedly taking a hit of what she claimed was the legal drug Salvia.
And after her recent party an anonymous source told The Daily, “Everyone in the room knows she’s a pothead.” But Famous friend, Kelly Osbourne, defended the incident and the ex Disney darling saying,
“After Miley's salvia incident we started calling her Bob Miley as a joke! The cake was also a joke!”
A blogger for Pink Is The New Blog believes it was all in good fun, but says it doesn’t mean it’s not true.
“Do I think this ‘pot head’ thing was all said in jest? Yes, absolutely. Do I believe that Miley Cyrus ... likes to smoke the smokey smoke from time to time? Yes, absolutely ... If pot is her only vice, then she’s gonna be A-OK.”
And a writer for Celebitchy asks, “does it really even matter?”
“...this is pretty tame stuff, really. Miley isn’t exactly a member of the DUI club, and she’s hopefully not into anything harder than marijuana. To put it simply, she’s no Lohan.”
Cyrus’ rep tells Access Hollywood it really was a joke and was simply taken out of context. It seems the 19 year old just likes to party in the USA.
