According to reports-- former ‘Lost’ star Matthew Fox got into a bit of a scuffle this weekend.
Fox was detained in Cleveland, Ohio, early Sunday after he allegedly punched a female bus driver who wouldn’t let him hitch a ride.

Fox’s accuser, Heather Bormann, blocked the entrance of the bus-- saying Fox couldn’t board because it was private property. Cleveland’s WEWS reports...

“Heather said she was working, driving a private bachelor party bus like this picking up her 17 customers outside Shooters entertainment complex when the former ‘Lost’ star who has been in town shooting the ‘I, Alex Cross’ movie got on the bus wanting a ride to his hotel."

Then-- Fox lost his cool. Here’s Gawker on what allegedly happened next..

“...Fox swung at her and punched her in the boob. She fought back and cracked Fox in the lip, cutting him, and possibly breaking her hand in the process. Way to slug him, sister.”

According to the police report, the 6’1, 200 pound actor was later released to a friend and taken to his hotel via taxi. As for Borgmann, the report indicated she might have broken her hand, and would seek further medical treatment if needed.

Though Fox was not arrested at the time, Bormann says she does plan to press charges.

“Whether it’s you, me, assault is wrong. And I really do feel violated—I mean he was swinging on me and hitting me in places I didn’t think anyone would hit me in. I mean my breast area, my pelvis area—I have bruises on my arms!”

Bormann says she also believes Fox was inebriated at the time of the assault, saying he quote- “smelled like a bar.” Gather had this to say:

“For some reason, celebrities often don’t think they have to live by the same laws that common people live by. They think it’s okay to get drunk and behave inappropriately-- even harming another person, and then they walk away with no consequences whatsoever.... At the very least, he will be all over the news for his actions and perhaps will think twice before allowing himself to become that drunk in public again.”

Fox has yet to comment on the allegations.
