Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ marriage only lasted 72 days -- but sister Khloe is now telling Jay Leno, she knew she didn’t like Humphries from day one. Watch Khloe tell Leno about the first thing Humphries ever said to her -- back when they first met.

“Within the first five minutes, was ‘So, how much are you getting paid to fake your marriage? How long are you gonna keep this up for?’ And I was like, ‘OK. Dude, I don’t know if you’re trying to make me laugh.’”

Khloe says Humphries’ comment rubbed her the wrong way, and from then on, she put up a wall with him. She said she was never behind Kris and Kim’s relationship -- that while she supports Kim, she told her how she felt. E! Online sides with Khloe …

“Yeah...maybe not the best first impression. … anyone might have been a little standoffish after that.”

Across the board, media were supportive of Khloe’s take. Entertainment Weekly says -- these comments make Khloe pretty likable -- for a Kardashian.

“ ... today you might just find yourselves siding with a Kardashian. … Unreasonably Likeable Kardashian Khloe Kardashian ... solidified herself as the Most Tolerable Kardashian when she spoke the universal language of contempt for Kris Humphries.”

As for Humphries, as a writer for Gather puts it …

“How ironic that really only a short time later Kris Humphries would be accusing his own ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, of staging a fake marriage.”
