Talk about a reality check. Former TLC reality star Kat Von D broke off her engagement to Jesse James in September, and now she's revealing why, saying James cheated on her with 19 women.
James made headlines when he allegedly cheated on wife Sandra Bullock with multiple women, resulting in their divorce last year. He and Von D began dating soon after, chronicling their love on her TLC reality show, “L.A. Ink.” And now, Von D is revealing that James cheated on her, too.
In a Facebook post, she says: "I know I deserve a big fat 'I told you so' from everyone, and wish I didn't have to say, 'You all were more right than you'll ever know' but you were … There was a time when I was confident and excited at proving the world wrong …”
The ladies of "The View" say Von D should've known -- once a cheater, always a cheater.
SHERRI SHEPHERD: "What do they say is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result? So if you are messing around on him with his wife, why do you not think?"
WHOOPI GOLDBERG: “It’s ridiculous to me.”
Gawker gives Von D more credit, saying the 29-year-old has learned from her mistakes.
"…von D comes off sounding pretty mature and humbled by her experience dating the serial cheater, middle-aged motorcyclist, and Nazi stuff collector. Finally she’s on our page now, everybody-else-in-the-world...”
But, celebrity news blog DListed says Von D is just hungry for press because "L.A. Ink" was canceled in August. Blogger Michael K writes:
"The first time he cheats, shame on him. The second time he cheats, shame on you. The 19th time he cheats, don’t … WAH WAH WAH about it on Facebook, because we already know …”
James has yet to respond to the allegations.
