The media are having a field day with the reality television show John and Kate plus 8. Rumors are circulating that the couple will be announcing a divorce tonight on their highly promoted episode “John and Kate: The announcement”
But what should viewers really expect Monday night?

“I predict tomorrow night, big ratings and they could drag this story line out for some time. Well if its big ratings it’s going to be something different because lately the ratings have been way down to about 3 million from 9 million.”
“The big announcement is there is no announcement. They are going to air a special with that catches people up with what’s happening today. When people first tuned into the show they thought they were going to see what’s happening in the tabloids, but it wasn’t.
