I have a friend back home that is on Twitter. We are like Black and White when it comes to the website. She sits on it all day long and "tweets"/follows everyone and every band she has ever been obsessed with. On the other hand, I rarely go on it, and I have a app on my iPhone. I'm still hooked on Facebook, or should I say, I was hooked on Facebook until the recent 'Friends' page renovation.

Those who quit (if they really did) just didn't know the drill... It's like in real life that you have to deal with the undesirables all the time. All you need to do is to cut through the noise and use it for your actual purpose. Simply ask yourself why you want to join... (love PC World editor's comment, btw.)
