Now this is nice:

"The person in front of you actually already paid $9.01 towards your drink" (Via WHDH)

At this Starbucks in Newington, Connecticut, some 450 people paid for the drink orders of the car behind them for Christmas.

"There's nothing like Christmas time to spread some Christmas cheer. And you never know, somebody could be having a horrible day, coming to get coffee, and then that little bit of something they didn't have to worry about." (Via  WVIT)

Such a neat example of generosity, they're talking about it on news stations around the country Thursday morning. (Via  WFLX)

And talk about an embarrassment of riches:

"A Starbucks employee says 45- dollars was left over at the end of the day, so the first several orders today will also be free." (Via NECN)

That was the plan, but get this — WVIT confirmed people are still paying it forward Thursday morning!

Now, Newington Starbucks fans aren't the only generous coffee customers. (Via Al Jazeera)

You might remember last month, when 50 people paid it forward at a Starbucks in Detroit a couple days before Thanksgiving. (Via Michigan Live)

And about a week ago Reno, Nevada, customers paid for the next order 73 times. (Via ABC)

So if you're not paying for the order behind you at your local coffee drive-through, go ahead and get generous. You'll be in good company.
