Olympic soccer star Hope Solo and former NFL player Jerramy Stevens had plans to get married Tuesday, but first appeared before a judge to settle a domestic violence case. Here’s HLN.

"Hope Solo and former NFL wide receiver Jerramy Stevens were at a house party near seattle when some sort of altercation broke out...Cops say they found blood on his face and shirt.”

New York Daily News reports Solo’s brother, Marcus, reportedly called police from the party, notifying them of an eight-person fight. Two guests were treated for injuries and Solo suffered a cut on her elbow.

However the two lovebirds are denying anything beyond a verbal argument. WWLP reports when police arrived at the home Monday and found Stevens hiding in a bedroom, claiming he had been sleeping, but later admitted to arguing with his fiance.

“They argued Monday morning over whether they would live in Washington or Florida … A judge released Stevens saying there was no probable cause that he assaulted Solo.”

The pair didn’t let this altercation hold them back from tying the knot as they got married Tuesday night.
