Heidi Montag’s plans to — downsize — to a D or Double-D come as former Playmate Karissa Shannon confirms to making a sex tape with the reality star. But the plot thickens — Montag’s almost-ex-hubbie Spencer Pratt allegedly stole the video and is now threatening to sell it.

But in an exclusive interview with Life&Style Montag said it’s not the sex tape itself that makes her most insecure about scandal...

"I'm mortified at the thought that people could be looking at me naked before I had the surgery ..."

In a previous Newsy video, we covered the ten plastic surgeries Montag underwent over the course of one day. Now, while Showbiz Tonight’s A.J. Hammer speculates that Montag may be getting some sense knocked back into her — as she wants to return to a more “normal” body, his counterpart, Brooke Anderson disagrees.

ANDERSON: “I don’t know if she’s getting a better sense. D or Double — I don’t know. I think she’s got a warped view about a lot of things — not just her breast implants. Because, you guys, in this brand new interview out today about the possible sex tape, she tells Life&Style, she’s not so upset about the possible tape as much as ‘I’m mortified at the thought that people could be looking at me naked before I had the surgery.’ Oh my goodness, I don’t know whether to laugh or to cry when I read that.”

But George Lopez made up his mind — as is in his comedic nature, he chose to laugh.

“Spencer Pratt is releasing a sex tape of him and Heidi Montag. (cheers) Actually, it’s Spencer having a three-way with Heidi, and a girl made from spare Heidi parts.”

Radaronline.com has the interview with former playmate, Shannon, who is forbidding Pratt to sell the video. She also confirms the sex tape was exclusively her and Montag, but that she now wishes a different celebrity was her co-star.

REPORTER: “So, he wasn’t actually there when the filming was going on?”

SHANNON: “No, no, Heidi’s single having a lot of fun. Me and Heidi are in the tape. That’s it. ... I don’t know, I wish I would’ve done it with Lindsay Lohan, then it wouldn’t be on the market right now.”

According to reports, Heidi and Spencer’s divorce is set to be finalized on Valentine’s Day.
