"Congressman Stupak, you are one big piece of human [explitive]. And think about this, there are millions of people from across the country who wish you ill."

"The Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords says somebody shattered the front door of her office in Tuscon just a few hours after that health care vote. The office was empty at the time and nobody was hurt."

Death threats and broken windows -- violence targeted at Democrats who voted in favor of health care reform.  At least 10 Democrats say they've been threatened or harassed since health care reform passed in the House.

We're taking a closer look at the health care backlash from The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, PowerLine, CBS and WNAC.

A blogger from The Wall Street Journal explains why some Democrats are pointing fingers at Republicans.

"Democrats are seeking to press the political advantage they gained from passing the bill Sunday night by highlighting those actions and tying them to Republican lawmakers."

On MSNBC's "Hardball with Chris Matthews" -- one analyst says by keeping quiet, Republicans are encouraging the behavior.

"And there's no denying the fact, that they are stoking the flames here, but they are not trying to stop this, in fact they embraced the benefits of -- what they consider to be the political benefits of these kinds of political activities."

Fox News reports the office Rep. Eric Cantor, a Republican, was also vandalized. On conservative blog PowerLine, one writer says harassment is standard in politics.

"Threats of violence, sadly, are not uncommon in politics; let alone "harassment."  Even insignificant conservatives like us have been threatened with violence on several occasions."

But on the CBS "Early Show," House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer says the threats facing Democrats are over the top.

"I don't think it's par for the course.  We've had a lot of serious disagreements on tax bills, on war and peace, on other matters, and I haven't seen the level of, frankly, threats or anger or threatening of violent acts that I've seen recently."

Minority Leader John Boehner commented publicly about the attacks, saying they're "not the American way."

On Fox Rhode Island's "The Rhode Show," one anchor says Republicans and Democrats should partner to condemn the attacks.

"The government is all-encompassing.  Everybody's got to do this together.  You heard John Boehner say that and you know, he has to.  You've got to defend, you know, these people are making the laws for this country.  It's not going to turn into a civil war here between the Republicans and the Democrats.  As much as we don't agree, you got to be in on this together."

So what do you think?  Are Republicans inciting violence? Or is this just isolated extremism?
