A Georgia judge temporarily stopped the spreading of the syrupy sex scandal involving Waffle House CEO Joe Rogers, Jr. and his former housekeeper. ABC News has the judges latest move.

“The judge ruled they were taken without Rogers’ knowledge and impounded each and every video the accusers lawyers were aware of.”

Rogers is accused of demanding his former housekeeper to perform sex acts on him as part of her job's duties over an eight-year period.

Sources report the housekeeper recorded video of Rogers engaging in sexual acts. But WSB-TV reports the information contained within the video might have been leaked.

Rogers admitted to having sex with the housekeeper but says it was consensual. Rogers also claims he was a victim of blackmail and the woman wanted to extort him for his money.

The Marietta Daily Journal identifies Rogers’ accuser as Mye Brooke Brindle, 43, of Acworth, Ga. Rogers admitted the woman worked for him at his home between 2003 and 2008.

Meanwhile, Waffle House Inc. is distancing itself from the scandal.

In a statement to Nation’s Restaurant News, representatives for Waffle House Inc. said: “This is a private matter for Joe Rogers and his family and does not involve Waffle House Inc.... The allegations are from a former housekeeper who was not an employee of Waffle House Inc.”

The Cobb County judge scheduled a hearing for March to determine exactly how the sealed video tapes became public.
