She’s recently separated … and now seeking treatment. Actress Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital Monday night and the reason why is still unclear. HLN reports.

“She has been rushed to the hospital for substance abuse. I can also tell you that now that she has been in the hospital overnight, they have decided to transport her to a long-term facility for substance abuse.”

Sources scream addiction, but Moore’s rep tells a different tale to TMZ.

“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

If Moore is exhausted, People Magazine reports-- maybe she should be. The mag links the 49-year-old actress’ sleepiness to a party she went to with her 23-year-old daughter less than two weeks ago.

“When she first arrived, she kept to herself…but she started loosening up and getting into party mode. Though she was not seen downing any alcohol, Moore appeared to be lapping up male attention.”

The news comes after a high-profile split with six-year hubby Ashton Kutcher. E! News says the difficulty of divorce pushed Moore over the edge.

"Demi has decided to enter a facility to get help. While it’s unclear exactly what the actress is being treated for, it sounds like a case of fatigue brought on by stress.”

Whether stress or substance abuse—the Mirror reports Moore is feeling the love on Twitter from a few famous friends.

"Eva Longoria joined the Twitterverse in sending her shout-out to the star. Longoria said, ‘Sending my love and support to one of the most beautiful people I know...’”

Moore planned to star in upcoming film “Lovelace” with Amanda Seyfried—but has pulled out with plans to focus on recovery.
