Summer is the time to show a little extra skin - but not too much.
Stephanie Robinette was arrested when she sprayed Ohio officers - with breast milk.
Robinette was getting a little too rowdy at a wedding and started hitting her husband -- the punches led to police.

WEWS: “When deputies arrived and tried to get her out of the car, they say Stephanie Robinette exposed part of her chest and sprayed them with breast milk.”

For most hearing this story for the first time -- it is going to spark a few laughs.
But for an officer involved -- this is an assault case.

NBC4: “She pulled out one of her breasts and started literally milking it and spraying breast milk towards the officers.
Reporter: “They kept talking to her and were finally able to take her out of the car, cuff her and take her to jail.”
“But when you’re throwing bodily fluids -- whether it be urine, saliva, blood -- at an officer, that can be considered as assault.”

A community blogger from On Milwaukee jokes -- this not only counts as assault but might violate the Second Amendment.

“The Second Amendment protects the right to bear arms, but not to bare breasts, so that defense will not hold water, or milk for that matter... Now that the female breast has been exposed as a dangerous weapon, watch for liberals to demand reasonable regulation, such as banning concealed carry and requiring training for users, such as may be provided by a training bra.”

The milk-wielding mother plead not-guilty and was released on Monday.
She is charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
She apologized to the court and said she was seeking treatment for alcoholism.
