Don't Expect Congress To Get Much Done Before Trump's Inauguration

The time between election night and Inauguration Day for a new president is usually a quiet time in Congress. But with a power shift that's as drastic as we've seen in a while, we could have one of the most inactive lame duck sessions ever.
Both the House and Senate will be in session until Dec. 16. But the GOP has been making it kind of clear it's content with not moving anything until after Jan. 20.
