Nothing says “Christmas” quite like a family photo with Santa - and an AK-47. So, if you’re tired of the same old Christmas photo every year - here is KSAZ with the details...

“The Scottsdale Gun Club is inviting people to enjoy Santa, and machine guns. You see them taking pictures there. The family event allowing people to take a holiday card picture with Saint Nick and and a high powered firearm of their choice, I imagine.”

Each family member carries their choice of weapon - from pistols to grenade launchers to assault rifles. (Picture: Scottsdale Gun Club)

This is the second year the gun club has done this - although they have now doubled the price of a photo shoot to $10. According to The Daily Mail - one club member reports...

“Last year, hundreds of gun enthusiasts turned up for the event and just one person turned down the gun option...”

But not everyone associates assault rifles with Christmas cheer. Australia’s News.com.au says...

“ONLY in America... We all know the U.S. is pretty gung-ho with weapons, but this might be taking things a little too far...Rudolph's obviously got first dibs on Santa's sleigh, but we're calling shotgun.”

After the photo, KSAZ reports - you can even test out the machine guns.
