This week, Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia added some more words to an already lengthy list of obscurities he's put into his legal opinions. But from jiggery-pokery to argle-bargle to Kulturkampf, don't ever make the mistake of thinking Scalia is writing gibberish.
